Applying to our Early Childhood or Grades Program:

Complete the online application and return with a check payable to PHWS for the $75 non-refundable application fee per student. We accept applications throughout the year.

Applying through the WI Parental Choice Program:

Qualifying families can apply for enrollment through the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP). Open enrollment typically begins in February and runs through mid April each year. Visit the link to the right to learn more.
