In its 39th year, Prairie Hill Waldorf School has an enrollment of 200 children, preschool through Grade 8 as well as parent-infant and parent-child playgroups. We are a fully accredited member school of the Association Waldorf Schools of North America (AWSNA), the State of Wisconsin, and the North Central Association (NCA) Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement. The school is located just 30 miles west of Milwaukee and 45 miles east of the university town of Madison in the beautiful lake district of Delafield.

We offer a salary and benefit package that can include tuition remission, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, and optional dental insurance. We also have additional funding earmarked for teacher professional development and mentoring.

This position is designed to work in collaboration with administrative staff, faculty, board and parents to maximize PHWS’s ability to attract and leverage financial resources. The Fund Development Coordinator creates stability in the school’s financial standing and community relationships allowing planned growth toward Prairie Hill’s vision and goals.

The After School Program Assistant assists the lead by providing a warm, safe environment after regular school hours, facilitating movement indoors and out, and preparing a healthy snack.

The substitute will provide support and structure to the classroom when the scheduled teacher cannot be present. Hours vary from 8:15 to 3:35 Monday – Friday as needed.
